Step 1: You can simply browse the
store where you will be able to select your jewelry
category that you are interested in and can select
add an item to your cart
Step 2: After you add your first item,
you can see the contents of your shopping cart. At
this point, you can make any changes to your order
such as deleting an item, continue shopping or changing
the quantity.
Step 3: When you have finished shopping
click “check out”, you will then be asked
for your billing, shipping and credit card information.
When you hit “submit” your order will
be submitted and you will receive an email confirmation.
How can I be sure my order has been received?
When you enter your credit card information
and click “submit order” on the final
review page, we’ll give you an order confirmation
number. You will also receive an email confirming
that your order has been received within approximately
24 hours. We will send you another email to notify
you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve
charged your credit card.
Are there other ways to place my order?
Yes, at the end of your shopping session
you will have the option to have the order form with
all your items specified emailed to you. If you prefer
not to order online, you may print the order form

our company. However, the domain name was not available;
therefore our url is designsbyjune.com
Sales Tax
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
Sales tax will be applied to California residents
only.
What are my shipping options?
We offer both standard and express delivery.
Since all of our jewelry is hand made, orders may
take between 1-4 weeks (depending on availability)
for standard shipping.
Your order will be shipped out after credit card authorization
and verification is obtained.
How do I track my order?
Find the UPS tracking number in the email
we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped.
Use that number at www.ups.com
to check the status of your order online. It may take
24 hours before tracking information appears on the
carrier’s web site. Credit card approval must
be received prior to shipping.
How long will it take to receive order?
Since all of our jewelry is made by hand,
orders will take between 1-4 weeks to ship depending
on availability. If you would like specific information
about an item in regards to shipping time, please
